TS Return Exchange
Policy
In compliance to RA7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines, TS
implements the following policies when it comes to returns and
exchanges.
- The purchased item has been proven to be defective prior to purchase.

Manufacturing defect

Expired Item

Food is with foreign material upon opening

Others

For
Items with warranties
such as appliances, we encourage you to bring the items to the
Authorized Service Centers. They will be the one to
suggest if they can replace or repair the item, or endorse item
replacements to the store.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate return and exchange of
undergarments for hygienic reasons.

We encourage our consumers to immediately inform our store if
the product they purchased has an issue. Please do not
forget to bring in your receipt as proof of purchase, when asked
to visit the store. The sooner you bring us your concern,
the faster we can resolve the problem.
